Accounting cloud system implementation and training
We proudly work alongside a number of partners, meaning that we can equip you with a simple or complex system to help save you time when processing your paperwork. Our helpful team will even get this all up and running for you and give you a carefully planned, thorough training session that will last as long as you need.
Prices for this service range from £150-£260 depending on the system and its complexity.
Payroll cloud system implementation and training

Our prices are determined by the complexity of the business and how many employees are within it, and they are highly competitive.
Prices start at £30pm for up to 3 staff.
Leave / staff management
Although we are not certified with formal HR qualifications, you can be assured of a fantastic service assisting you with simple staff management, including leave, sickness, contracts etc. Have a question? Contact us with details on what you are looking for and we will fully explain what we can do, alternatively we can recommend a HR company for more in depth support.
Financial accounting
Our financial accounting services include bookkeeping, credit control, supplier management, collating basic profit and loss and balance sheets.
Our rates are dependent upon the level and complexity of detail required, and the complexity and quantity of all transactions involved.
Full financial accounting
This service includes the services listed above, but with the addition of accounting adjustments such as prepayments / accruals, fixed asset register etc, to create true financial statements (profit and loss and balance sheet) that are comparable.
Like above, our rates are dependent upon the detail and complexity required and the complexity and quantity of transactions involved.
Corporation tax returns and limited company compliance

Management accountancy (Including forecast, cash flow, ratio analysis, budgets) / strategy planning
We use financial statements and other data to analyse the health and status of your business. This helps with not only your present situation, but in order to forecast for the future and set budgets to adhere to a future plan.

Consultancy and advisory
At R Perks Finance & Accountancy we offer a range of bespoke accountancy and financial consultation services. Although all our products come with a free consultancy and advisory service, you may be looking for this service as a standalone product. Our range of clients include self studying accounting students who just want the odd helping hand with a question here and there, and we also work with finance managers who sometimes need a second opinion. We offer this service for £35 pm.
Quotes and prices
Depending on the nature of the service, some are payable in one lump sum whilst others are on a month to month basis. We can offer the function to spread the cost of yearly fees by paying monthly in advance. All prices have no hidden costs and ensure full transparency on what is included in the cost and what is not. We do not offer payment by the hour as we prefer to work efficiently and transparently for our customers. We do not charge for communication or meetings ever! If you have any concerns about costs, please let us know and we will do our best to advise or offer alternative solutions.
